Microwave Radar
This GaN phased-array microwave radar leverages third-generation semiconductor GaN RF transceiver chips paired with an active phased-array antenna architecture. Eliminating traditional mechanical scanning mechanisms, it achieves rapid, all-around scanning and detection via electronic beam steering. Compared to conventional silicon-based radars, GaN devices offer higher power density, greater efficiency, and reduced thermal losses.
