The six-column hydraulic press is the core industrial equipment for China's superhard materials industry. By synchronously pressing inward from six directions, it creates a stable high-temperature and high-pressure environment within the synthesis chamber to enable phase transformation synthesis of synthetic diamonds, cubic boron nitride (cBN), and other superhard materials. Our TB series six-sided hydraulic presses fully cover the eight mainstream models: TB-700, TB-750, TB-800, TB-850, TB-900, TB-980, TB-1000, and TB-1050. With a working cylinder bore ranging from 700mm to 1050mm, a design pressure of 110MPa, and a single-cylinder thrust span of 36000KN-95000KN, these units meet production needs across all scales—from pilot and mid-scale test lines to large-scale chemical plants. The equipment features dual pressure settings (high and ultra-high), with a maximum piston stroke of 90-115mm. Opening and closing heights vary by model, while the intensification ratio ranges from 6.25:1 to 7:1. Electric heating power is adjustable on demand, accommodating diverse synthesis blocks and process formulations.
The equipment features a six-cylinder synchronous control system to ensure balanced thrust output in all six directions, uniform internal pressure distribution, and improved crystallization quality, particle uniformity, and yield rate of the final product. The chassis utilizes a high-strength cast-welded structure with stress-relief treatment, delivering superior fatigue and impact resistance for reliable operation under heavy loads in factory environments 7×24 hours continuously. Total weight ranges from 48.3t to 129.2t, offering strong mechanical stability, minimal deformation during long-term operation, and an extended service life.
