1. Amplifier: Includes power amplifiers (PAs) and low-noise amplifiers (LNAs). PAs in the transmit chain boost RF output power, while LNAs in the receive chain amplify weak echo signals and suppress noise to improve receiver sensitivity. Features adjustable gain, coverage of mainstream microwave bands, and strong anti-interference performance.
2. Phase Shifter: Utilizes a digital-controlled, high-precision architecture to achieve full-range phase adjustment of 360°. Features fine phase steps and minimal phase error. 3. Power Management: Integrates internal voltage regulation, power modulation, and overvoltage/overcurrent protection.
